The Virtual Benefits Fair is a great place to learn about your CVS Health and CVS Health Care Delivery benefits at your convenience. Whether you’re joining for the first time or haven’t visited for a while, check out these features to make the most of your experience:
  • Lobby: Get a big picture view of the fair and watch the “Welcome to the Virtual Benefits Fair” and “What’s New for AE” videos here.
  • Auditorium: Attend live presentations from our benefits partners on April 9 and 17, with a special “What’s New for AE” presentation on April 10 (for CVS Health colleagues only). These presentations are recorded and available throughout annual enrollment for your reference.
  • Exhibit Hall: Visit booths, watch or download videos and collect information for your “Swag Bag” here. Plus, on April 9 and April 17 you can chat live with many of our benefits experts.
  • Leaderboard: Track the points you earn as you move through the fair. Reach 2,000 points and be automatically entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $100 CVS Pharmacy gift card!
  • Info Desk: See “What’s New for 2025-2026,” get answers to technical questions and link directly to Colleague Zone to enroll.
No. The information presented in the Virtual Benefits Fair is applicable to colleagues enrolled in the June 1-May 31 plan year.
Yes. You can go to the Auditorium up to 15 minutes in advance of a live presentation start time and click “Join.” A countdown clock will then appear to keep you updated on how much time is left before the start of the presentation.
Yes. You can view documents and videos available from each benefits partner by clicking on the “Videos” or “Documents” tabs in each individual booth. You can also save the materials to your “Swag Bag” and email them to yourself to review at your convenience. To save to your Swag Bag, select the document or video you would like to save and select “+ Swag Bag” from the right-hand side of the screen. When you’re finished collecting items, click “Swag Bag” on the top navigation bar of the fair. This will open a dialogue box to allow you to select the items to email to yourself. Your email system may have overall size limitations, so please consider the number of files you attach to each email.
Absolutely! Family members can log in to the Virtual Benefits Fair with their own information. They just need to enter their name, email address and choose the “Spouse/Dependent” affiliation from the business unit drop-down list.
Yes! The live presentations will be recorded so you can listen to them when it’s convenient for you. Recordings will be available 24/7 starting the day after the live presentation and remain available all year long.

Your participation in the Virtual Benefits Fair is voluntary. If you choose to attend, you will not be paid for this time, but participation can make you a more informed health care consumer, help you with your annual enrollment elections and even enter you into a drawing for a CVS Pharmacy gift card!*

Yes. The first time you log in you will need to enter your name, business unit and email address to register. After your first visit, your email address is all you’ll need to re-enter the Virtual Benefits Fair.
When you log in, click on the “Change Profile” button and you’ll be able to update your profile with the correct affiliation.
