The Virtual Benefits Fair brings colleagues and benefits partners together. Find the information you need about your CVS Health and MinuteClinic benefits anywhere, anytime.

Enroll in your 2024-2025 benefits through Colleague Zone between April 8-26, 2024.

Check out a variety of benefits booths in the Exhibit Hall for information and visit the Auditorium to hear live presentations to learn about your benefits — just like at an in-person fair. You can even earn points to be entered into a drawing for a $100 CVS Pharmacy gift card* to use at any of our retail stores or on CVS.com.

Attend live presentations

Visit the Auditorium on April 9, 10 and 17 to hear live presentations. Click the “Add to calendar” button as a reminder of the presentation. Go into the Auditorium at the scheduled time to JOIN the call.

If you can’t attend the fair, don’t worry. You can listen to recorded presentations anytime — even after annual enrollment ends.

You will need to enter your name, business unit and email address the first time you log in. After that, your email address is all you need to enter the Virtual Benefits Fair.
This is an online event. You can participate anywhere you have internet access, using your computer or mobile device. Accessing the fair is easy:
Yes. You can view documents and videos available from each benefits partner by clicking on the Videos or Documents tabs in each individual booth. Or save them to your “Swag Bag” and email them to yourself to review at your convenience.
To save to your Swag Bag, select the document or video you would like to save and select “+ Swag Bag” from the right-hand side of the screen. When you are finished collecting items, click Swag Bag on the top navigation bar of the fair. This will open a dialogue box to allow you to select the items to email to yourself. Your email system may have overall size limitations so please take that into account when selecting multiple files for one email.
Sure! Family members can log in to the Virtual Benefit Fair with their own information. They just need to enter their name and Spouse/Dependent indication from the business unit dropdown and their email address.
Yes! The live presentations will be recorded so you can listen to them when it’s convenient for you. Recordings will be available 24/7 starting the day after the live presentation and remain available all year long.
Yes, you can go to the Auditorium up to 15 minutes in advance of a live presentation start and click “Join”. A countdown clock will then appear to keep you updated on how much time is left before the start of the presentation.
