Yes. The Virtual Benefits Fair will remain open 24/7 for 12 months. While you will not be able to engage in chat or live presentations, you can download PDFs and listen to previously recorded presentations.
This is an online event. You can participate anywhere you have internet access, using your desktop, mobile or tablet device. Just go to mbspot2.com and the Fair landing page will open. Alternatively, you can go to myBenefits Spotlight at any time during the year and click on the Virtual Benefits Fair tile in the “Decide” row to access the Fair.
You will be able to chat with participating vendors on April 5 and April 6, such as Financial Finesse, Aetna medical, dental and vision and others . If chat is not available, you will be able to connect by email.
Only the vendor you are chatting with will be able to see your messages. However, please do not share personal information in a chat for privacy reasons. All vendor booth chats can be viewed by all in the chat room. However, if you are in a one-to-one chat, only the vendor you are chatting with will be able to see your messages. Yes. You can view documents and videos available from each vendor by clicking on the Videos or Documents tabs below the individual booth. You can also save them to your “Swag Bag” and email them to yourself to review at a later time.
To save to your Swag Bag, select which you would like to save and select “+ Swag Bag” from the right-hand side of the screen. When you are finished collecting items, click Swag Bag on the top navigation bar of the virtual benefits fair. This will open a dialogue box to allow you to select the items to email to yourself. Your email system may have overall size limitations so please take that into account when selecting multiple files for one email.
Sure! Family members can log in to the Virtual Benefit Fair as themselves. They just need to enter their name, Spouse/Dependent indication from business unit dropdown and their email address to enter the fair.
